What You Should See at the Casino Museum

The casino museum in Manila, Philippines is home to one of the finest collections of gambling memorabilia in the world. Established in 1992 by the then newly minted Philippine Islands Development Agency (PLDA), the museum is dedicated to preserving the rich cultural heritage of Filipinos. As such, the museum has its share of exotic items, particularly those that are representative or important to the country’s heritage. Among the most popular attractions in the museum are the following: the Manila Crystal, which are the largest crystal in the world; the Filipino Queen, which are the oldest known piece of casino equipment; and the Talisay mahjongg, which are the most popular card game in the world. All these artifacts form a colorful display located in the main hall of the museum.

There are also other sections in the museum, namely, the Filipino Gamblingo; Filipino Philatelic Culture and Art; Filipino Weapons and Gadgets; and Filipino Relics and Tools. The Filipino Gamblingo exhibits an assortment of gaming devices from different countries (refer https://xn--norgescsino-38a.com/nettcasino/), as well as, authentic casino cards of different countries. The Filipino Philatelic Art and Culture section feature art forms and sculptures from various cultures in the world.

The casino equipment gallery, meanwhile, houses rare and valuable pieces of equipment used in the casinos. One section even offers services for repairing damaged machines, so you need not worry about its condition. Finally, the museum offers a store where you can buy souvenirs to take home with yourself. There are also a number of stalls selling food and drinks in the cafe-style restaurant, so visitors can refresh themselves after enjoying the beauty of the museum. The casino artifacts store is open daily. Other attractions include the Lipologuette de la Casino, which showcase the history of the city’s casinos, and a monument that represent the glory of former Coronado’s quest for immortality.
